Our terms and conditions

1. The car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. The car park operates a digital payment system. Parking fees may be settled by scanning the QR codes displayed throughout the car park and completing payment via the approved digital payment platform. Alternatively, visitors may pay their parking fees at the Pay-on-Foot machine, which accepts cash and credit cards.
3. A ten (10) minute free grace period is provided from the time of parking ticket payment to exit the car park.
4. Parking is not allowed in any unidentified parking areas that are not specifically striped or assigned for parking (including adjacent public roadways, entry/exit areas, or any ways that may obstruct the flow of traffic).
5. Park properly within the lanes without causing difficulty to other users.
6. Disabled parking spaces are strictly reserved for legitimate users. Registered identity passes issued by the authorities must be displayed at all times.
7. Double parking or angle parking is not permitted.
8. All traffic control signs (stop signs, pedestrian crossings and walkways, lane discipline and speed signs) must be followed.
9. Drivers must refrain from crossing between lanes and are prohibited from overtaking.
10. Drivers must give priority at pedestrian crossings.
11. The maximum speed limit is 15 km/h. Drive safely and according to weather and traffic conditions.
12. The maximum vertical height clearance is 1.9 m and must be observed.
13. Switch off the engine when the vehicle is unattended. Avoid sleeping or waiting for long periods while the engine is running.
14. Scooters, bicycles, and skateboards are not allowed.
15. Only use Electric Vehicle chargers that are specifically designed and installed for charging electric vehicles. Do not use normal power sockets for charging electric vehicles.
16. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the car park at all times.
17. Users must not bring any vehicle into the car park that is unsafe, leaks oil or fluids, or contains inflammable, volatile, or explosive substances.
18. Tailgating while driving and when accessing any of the access gates is strictly prohibited.
19. Vehicle cleaning and littering are prohibited. The only cleaning allowed in the parking areas is dusting, wiping, and rubbing of vehicles that can normally be accomplished with rags. The use of water from any source is not allowed. Only water use authorized by the SKYPORTS car wash company is permitted.
20. Turn on vehicle lights or set them to auto mode upon entering the multi-storey car park and avoid using high-beam headlights.
21. No one shall add or permit obstructions, restrictions, or hindrances that may affect the common use and ownership unless authorized by the parking operations and/or security team. No part of the parking facilities may be used as a storage facility or for long-term parking.
22. Users must maintain the area in a peaceful and reasonably quiet manner and refrain from noise, prolonged horn use, or any acts that would disturb or unreasonably interfere with others in the area.
23. The vehicle owner shall be held liable for any damage caused to the parking facility, its accessories, other persons, or any other property inside the car park.
24. SKYPORTS will not take responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property.
25. Any incident occurring on the premises must be reported to the parking operations and security teams.
26. Vehicle access rights may be revoked without warning for any breach of these rules.
27. SKYPORTS reserves the right to introduce additional reasonable rules and regulations as deemed necessary from time to time for the proper operation and safety of the multi-storey car park and its occupants.
28. Parking areas shall be used only for parking vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles.
